The operators are able to see what type of alarm is coming through and are then able to take action by calling keyholders, patrol response or the police. We have solutions available for monitoring over wireless equipment in an event if the telephone service is not working or if the telephone line is cut. We offer a standard GPRS, IP over internet or radio-link systems that can have dual redundancy if either system fails.
